Fortis IQ Art Edition LE Watch Review
Fortis IQ Art Edition LE Watch Review
The Fortis IQ watch has a dark green face to resemble a blackboard, the numerals are stylized to look like chalk marks. The watch is PVD coated and comes on a leather strap. This is very “out of the box” concept by Fortis who are no strangers to unique concept watches. This is a limited run of 999 total pieces and comes in around $1,500 MSRP. Not bad for a limited run using an ETA 2824-2 automatic movement.
Pros - Price point, likely to be the only one in your city (maybe state) to own one, good value.
Consideration - PVD looks great, but the durability is still out for debate.

Fortis makes a great watch at very attractive price points. The B-42 Diver has a white face with numerals. One very striking feature of this watch are the blued hands and numerals. Do to the “blued” process the hands and numerals either look blue or black depending on how the light is reflecting off of them. A less common feature the B-42 Diver has is a day and date display. This watch is powered by an ETA 2836-2 movement that is viewable through the display back. The watch is offered on a black rubber strap, with a nice butterfly deployant (not to be confused with deployment) clasp. Fortis also offers this watch on a bracelet, a seriously hefty, well made bracelet. The B-42
Pros - Price point, well constructed, see through case back.
